2024 Values Champion Winners
Last week marked a special milestone for Honeycombes Sales and Service as we held our first-ever Values Championship Winning Ceremony across all branches!
We are thrilled to announce our 2024 Values Champions: Brandon Masson, Chelsea Adams, and Martin Camilleri!
Each of our champions received a unique Honeycombes Values Champion lapel to honour their incredible contributions to our culture, along with a $500 prepaid credit card to kickstart their Christmas celebrations.
This year, we’ve had over 100 Values nominations, recognising the efforts of more than 75 employees who embody our core values: Loyalty, Care, Integrity, and Tenacity. Hearing the inspiring stories behind each nomination has been a heartwarming reminder of the dedication our team shows every day to support our customers and one another.
Brandon Masson – Service Technician, Townsville - Industrial
Brandon lived our Values of Loyalty, Care and Tenacity, showing his commitment and ability to work with a number of our branches in support of Honeycombes customers. Brandon ensures all work is delivered to the highest quality and is always willing and ready to go anywhere to get our customers going.
Chelsea Adams – Sales Administrator, Tolga
Chelsea lived our Values; Care, Tenacity and Loyalty, showing unwavering resilience, dedication and care to our people and our customers. Chelsea leaves no stone unturned, goes the extra mile and is always seeking the best outcome for our customers and for Honeycombes. Chelsea always has her hand up, looking for more and seeking opportunities to support others and grow her skills.
Martin Camilleri – Senior Parts Interpreter, Innisfail
Martin lived our Values of Tenacity and Care, is always pushing for the best result with his high level of motivation and energy. Martin cares about our people and our customers, and is always striving to resolve and support with his knowledge and experience. Martin is highly supportive of the Innisfail team and is always willing to step up, troubleshoot, offer advice and recognise the efforts of others.
