Celebrating July 2024 Value’s Superstars
July was another exceptional month with our staff continuing to showcase their commitment to our values. Across all of our branches, we saw many team members displaying their dedication to Honeycombes. Numerous team members went the extra mile, exceeding their role expectations by always being ready to support both customers and fellow colleagues.
Our four values are Loyalty, Integrity, Care and Tenacity - these are the foundation of everything we do. These values shape our daily actions and decisions ensuring we are 'Making it Easy' for all involved. They help guide us in our commitment to not only support one another but also build better our relationships with our customers, suppliers, and anyone else we interact with.

LOYALTY
Travis Crichton – Yardsperson / Detailer, Ayr
Travis Crichton has always demonstrated his passion for his work, always ready to lend a hand no matter the task. With a positive attitude, he tackles every job with a smile on his face and never a complaint. All of these prove why Travis has been recognised for his Loyalty to Honeycombes.
Chelsea Adams – Sales Administrator, Tolga
Chelsea Adams has truly exemplified Loyalty to Honeycombes by always being willing to help and jumping in to support every department across the branch. Her dedication and commitment to Honeycombes Tolga are deeply appreciated by all.
Alex Lambert – Apprentice Service Technician, Townsville - Trucks
Alex Lambert has displayed unwavering Loyalty to Honeycombes throughout the years. His commitment to self-improvement and enhancing his product knowledge is a testament to his Loyalty.
Ross Lloyd – Branch Support, Cairns
Ross Lloyd received the Loyalty pin for his unwavering dedication to Honeycombes. He has been a tremendous help in the Cairns workshops this past month, stepping up during a period of short staffing. His relentless hard work never goes unnoticed.
Aiden Fortini – Service Technician, Ingham
Aiden Fortini always makes the customer and Honeycombes his number one priority, showcasing exceptional Loyalty. His commitment and high work ethic ensure that every job meets the highest standards, reflecting his dedication to Honeycombes.
INTEGRITY
Matthew Drane – Service Manager, Townsville - Trucks
Matthew Drane exhibits Integrity every day in his interactions with customers. Whether he is delivering good or bad news, Matthew remains composed and professional, always showing his commitment to doing the right thing.
CARE
Erin Pickering – Stock Controller, Ayr
Since joining Honeycombes in 2022, Erin Pickering has consistently put both Honeycombes and our customers first. Her dedication shines through in the quality of her work every day. Erin supports multiple departments, always staying on top of her tasks. This is why she has been recognised for her exceptional Care this month.
Haley Robinson – Sales Representative, Cairns
Haley Robinson perfectly exemplified the value of Care this past month. Haley recently had to organise transport for a customer’s machine after the transport company that was pre-booked cancelled on her last minute. She went above and beyond working tirelessly after hours to arrange new transport, ensuring the customers delivery wouldn’t be delayed. She meticulously followed Honeycombes procedures and organised payment for the supplier as well. Her dedication to both the customer and the Honeycombes team is exceptional.
Cody Robertson – Parts Interpreter, Townsville - Trucks
Cody Robertson is known for wearing his heart on his sleeve, always displaying Care in all the tasks he undertakes and the people he interacts with along the way. Cody’s thoughtful approach and genuine Care for others is what made him a deserving winner of the Care pin this last month.
Brandon Masson – Service Technician, Townsville - Industrial
Brandon Masson has shown outstanding Care through his diligent work, providing exceptional service to our customers. His enthusiasm and dedication are deeply valued by the entire Service department.
Michael O’Neill – Parts Interpreter, Cairns
Michael O’Neill has been recognised for his Care through his consisten efforts in maintaining the parts work environment, making it a better working space for everyone in the parts department. He keeps the parts dispatch area tidy, stays on top of stocktake, and organises the parts shelves meticulously. Michael’s consistent efforts has significantly improved the effectiveness and efficiency of the parts department.
Lachlan Ah Shay – Service Technician, Ayr
Lachlan Ah Shay demonstrated his Care this month by stepping up to assist a colleague on their Saturday shift. Thanks to his help in preparing a machine for a customers, they were able to receive it quickly and without delay. Lachlan’s efficiency and teamwork made all the difference.
TENACITY
Abramo Nielsen – Branch Manager, Townsville - Industrial
Abramo Nielsen won the Tenacity pin at the Townsville Industrial branch this past month. Abramo played a crucial role in the relocation of our Industrial branch. Spending most nights at the new facility with Parts Manager, Leon Thomas, until 9:30pm for the first three weeks ensuring a smooth transition into the new premise for all. He is relentless in his pursuits and shows great Tenacity with any task he is faced with, always fostering a positive environment for the branch.
Steven Mayor – Parts Interpreter, Ayr
Steven Mayor was awarded the Tenacity pin this month. He has shown tremendous growth in the parts department, becoming an employee who prioritises both Honeycombes and every customer who walks through the door. Always eager to help assist, Steven steps up to support his colleagues with any challenge they are facing.
Wyatt Sciacca – Trainee Storesperson, Innisfail
Wyatt Sciacca, our recently announced finalist for John Deere’s Parts Apprentice of the Year, earned the Tenacity pin this month for always arriving to work early. Tackling tasks with precision, Wyatt consistency gets the job done right.
Jeck Roque – Service Technician, Townsville - Trucks
Jeck Roque’s Tenacity is unmatched. He approaches every challenge with relentless determination ensuring every task is completed efficiently and effectively. He is always immersed in his work and won’t stop until every detail is handled perfectly.
Sam Dawson – Parts Customer Sales Representative, Ingham
Over the past month, Sam Dawson has tackled a range of challenging situations with unwavering determination. His ability to push through obstacles and achieve his goals showcases exceptional Tenacity.
