With December fast approaching, the anticipation is building to discover which three individuals will earn the title of 2024 Values Champions. These champions, recognised for their exceptional dedication to our Values, will receive a special reward celebrating their remarkable contribution to cultivating a positive, engaged, and supportive workplace.

LOYALTY

Steven Seri – Agricultural Sales Manager, Ingham

Steven Seri earned the Loyalty value in October for his exceptional commitment to Honeycombes and our customers over nearly 49 years. By consistently visiting customers in the field and ensuring their equipment is running smoothly, Steven builds trust and fosters long-lasting relationships, exemplifying the true meaning of Loyalty.

Brandon Masson – Service Technician, Townsville - Industrial

Brandon Masson was awarded the Loyalty pin as he celebrates his 1-year anniversary with Honeycombes. Over the past year, Brandon has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, proving to be an invaluable asset to both his colleagues and our customers.

INTEGRITY

Leon Anderson – Storeperson, Townsville - Industrial

Leon Anderson was awarded the Integrity pin last month for consistently performing his duties with diligence and efficiency, even under pressure. Despite the challenging conditions, Leon maintained clear communication with his colleagues and quietly upheld Honeycombes values, doing the right thing when no one was watching. His positive attitude and genuine enjoyment in the crucial role he plays within the parts team truly stood out.

Emily Parry – Trainee HR Administrator, Townsville - Trucks

Emily Parry demonstrates Integrity in everything she does, holding herself accountable and maintaining high standard of work even when no one is watching. She actively seeks guidance to ensure her work is of exceptional quality.

CARE

Rosita Previtera – Service Warranty Advisor, Ayr

Rosita Previtera is one of those extraordinary individuals who embodies every Honeycombes value. Her unwavering support for everyone across the business is truly remarkable. Whether it’s being there when you need her or fixing even the smallest silliest mistakes. Always ready to listen and lend a helping hand, she exemplifies what it means to Care. It was no wonder why she was awarded the Care pin last month.

Haley Robinson – Agricultural Sales Representative, Cairns

Haley Robinson was awarded the Care pin this past month for her willingness to assist across all departments. Whenever a challenge arises, Haley is quick to step in and help find a solution. Her calm and understanding nature creates a reassuring presence for those around her, embodying the true value of Care.

Jaedyn Howell – Service Technician, Innisfail

Jaedyn Howell demonstrated exceptional Care last month by going above and beyond to ensure our customer were happy, even while we were short-staffed. His dedication to both his colleagues and customers shows just how much he values their needs, earning him the Care pin for his consistent hard work and thoughtfulness.

Kahahn Crease – Storesperson, Tolga

Kahahn Crease showed great Care for his team. During a period when the parts department was a man down, Kahahn stepped up to assist a fellow team member, ensuring they were up to speed in their role and that the team continued to operate smoothly. His extra effort and support were deeply appreciated by everyone in the Tolga branch.

TENACITY

Calen Smart – Apprentice Service Technician, Ingham

Calen Smart demonstrated outstanding Tenacity last month, maintaining his commitment to Honeycombes values despite in the face of adversity. His display of tenacity, both in personal and professional situations, is a true reflection of his character. We look forward to seeing Calen continue to strive for success and grow in the future.

Jaedyn Howell – Service Technician, Innisfail

Jaedyn Howell also earned the Tenacity pin alongside his Care pin for his remarkable internal drive and commitment to supporting our customers. Despite the current staff shortage, Jaedyn consistently overcame challenges, demonstrating that with focus and determination, any obstacle can be tackled. His dedication to always striving for excellence truly reflects his Tenacity.

Rhyka Wickliffe-Adams – Apprentice Service Technician, Tolga

Rhyka Wickliffe-Adams deserved the Tenacity pin last month for his exceptional dedication, going above and beyond to ensure all RO’s were completed - even outside of work hours. His extra effort and resilience during busy periods were greatly appreciated by the Tolga branch.

Laine Forden – Yardsperson, Townsville - Trucks

Laine Forden has shown great Tenacity since commencing with Honeycombes in July. He always applies himself to every task, showing great eagerness to learn to lift his skill set. He goes about his work without complaint, always striving to do his best, and listening to what is asked of him.

Shane Hartwell – PowerSports and Agricultural Sales Representative, Ayr

Shane Hartwell went above and beyond last month, demonstrating remarkable Tenacity by not only efficiently completing his work but also achieving impressive sales results. His unwavering dedication to supporting both the PowerSport and Honeycombes Sales departments reflects his strong character and his drive to continually strive for excellence, both for himself and the company.

Steven Caltabiano – Agricultural Sales Representative, Ayr

Steven Caltabiano earned the Tenacity pin for his determination to ensure every sale was completed efficiently and on time, leaving both customers and colleagues delighted. Beyond his sales achievements, Steven tackled every additional task with the same promptness exemplifying his tenacity.

Ross Lloyd – Branch Support, Cairns

Ross Lloyd exemplified outstanding Tenacity last month, providing invaluable support to both the Cairns and Innisfail branches. His selfless contributions were deeply appreciated, with the team expressing their gratitude for his assistance during a challenging period.
