LOYALTY

Robert Biasi – Service Technician, Ingham

Robert Biasi went above and beyond at our recent John Deere demo day event. Despite it being his rostered day off, he arrived early in the morning to assist with the setup for the event. His dedication and willingness to help exemplifies his Loyalty to both the Ingham team and Honeycombes.

Sarah-Jayn Thomson – Service Advisor, Townsville - Trucks

Sarah-Jayn Thomson displays Loyalty by consistently upholding Honeycombes values in every interaction with customers and employees alike. She always does a job well done, creating a positive impact every time.

INTEGRITY

Tyson Cole – Parts Interpreter, Townsville - Trucks

Tyson Cole exemplifies Integrity in his dealing with each customer, ensuring they receive exceptional service and transparent, honest information. His Integrity and commitment to doing the right thing by all makes him a trusted and highly respected team member.

CARE

Geoffrey Baker – Service Advisor / Warranty Officer, Townsville - Trucks

Geoffrey Baker consistently demonstrates Care for all his customers. He goes above and beyond to advocate for them and ensure they receive their warranties. He’s quickly picked up the role, making it easy for our service team.

Luke Nicolosi – Service Technician, Tolga

Luke Nicolosi has been awarded the Care value for his outstanding dedication to customers and staff. He demonstrates genuine care in every interaction, actively seeks additional opportunities whilst out in the field, and builds strong relationships with customers.

Andrew Pritchard – Sales Representative, Townsville - Industrial

Andrew Pritchard displays exceptional Care not only for his customers, but also for their machinery. He ensures that every customer is well looked after, with a machine delivered in an immaculate condition.  

Ashleigh Neale – Parts Interpreter, Ayr

Ashleigh Neale demonstrated remarkable Care this month by helping her colleagues who are less familiar with the technology used in the parts department. She actively seeks ways to improve efficiency within the parts department, which has made a positive impact on the team.

Bud Taylor – Group Parts Manager, Ayr

Bud Taylor has been recognised with the Care pin this month for his dedication to both team members and customers. With a smile on his face, Bud offere support and guidance without simply solving the problems for them. He takes the time to show the team member how to overcome the situation, fostering growth and teamwork.

Martin Camilleri – Senior Parts Interpreter, Innisfail

Martin Camilleri has shown outstanding Care this month by looking out for his fellow parts team members and helping them expand their knowledge of parts.

Michael O’Neill – Parts Interpreter, Cairns

Michael O’Neill consistent support and commitment to his colleagues makes him a valued member of the team, landing him a well-deserved Care pin.

 

TENACITY

Rohan Brown – Parts Manager, Ayr

Rohan Brown has been awarded the Tenacity value this morning in recognition of his extraordinary contributions. His remarkable work ethic, patience and effort in guiding those who work under him are invaluable. The whole parts department are grateful for his leadership and are excited for the growth their department will have with Rohan guiding them.  

Elleoise Bailey – Service Advisor, Innisfail

Elleoise has been recognised with Tenacity for her incredible efforts during a challenging time in Innisfail. Despite being short-staffed, she works diligently to keep customers satisfied and effectively organises the increasing workloads so that the service team remains supported.  

Anthony Baxter – Sales Representative, Townsville - Trucks

Anthony has demonstrated great Tenacity for his unwavering determination and efforts, always giving 110% with a smile. Anthony dedicates countless house outside of work to attend field days, camp drafts, and various event to further the Honeycombes name and be a friendly face to new and existing customers.

Quentin Miller – FNQ Branch Manager, Cairns & Innisfail

Quentin Miller exemplifies Tenacity in everything he does, consistently pushing himself to support both of his branches. His commitment ensures that all staff members feel supported during these trying times.

Steven Mayor – Parts Interpreter, Ayr

Steven Mayor was recognised with the Tenacity value for his remarkable determination even when under pressure. He digs in to his work and makes an effort to achieve his tasks effectively and productively.

Jaedyn Howell – Service Technician, Innisfail

Jaedyn Howell embodies the value Tenacity. This month, he stepped up to take on extra responsibilities whilst we were seeking a new service manager. His willingness to tackle these challenges, and determination to keep the service team thriving has shown great Tenacity.

Paul Swales – Service Manager, Cairns

Paul Swales demonstrated Tenacity this month as he continues to give 100% to his work despite being short-staffed. He ensures that both the Cairns and Innisfail service departments remain well-supported during this period of influx of work, all with a smile on his face.

Robert Biasi – Service Technician, Ingham

Robert Biasi also earned a Tenacity pin alongside his Loyalty pin, reflecting his remarkable perseverance. He takes immense pride in his work and embraces any jobs assigned to him. Always striving to complete a task, even when faced with uncertainty, Robert finds a way to solve the issue showing his true character – tenacious and resilient.
