Another month, another round of applause for our amazing staff members at Honeycombes Sales and Service! As mentioned in our previous blog post, we are thrilled to continue our initiative of rewarding select team members who embody our core values with a pin. These values are the foundation of our work culture, guiding us in every interaction and task we undertake.

In June, many of our team members stepped up and exemplified these values, continuing to make a significant impact. Here are your June Values winners:

LOYALTY

James Davies - Apprentice Service Technician, Ayr - PowerSports

James Davies has wholeheartedly exemplified what it means to be Loyal.  James started at Honeycombes Sales and Service before shortly transitioning over to Honeycombes PowerSports. During this time, he has proven that with self-belief and support, anything is possible. He has worked hard to clear a backlog in the workshop, all while learning and growing into a dedicated employee. James never complains or asks for much, and still gives more than 100% to the company each day.

Warrick Hill – Sales Manager, Townsville – Truck Centre

Warrick Hill has been with Honeycombes Sales and Service since 2017, and has exemplified great Loyalty all these years. For a time, Warrick single-handedly managed our Sales department, and now alongside his team, he continues to demonstrate that same Loyalty and commitment to Honeycombes.  

Phil Schurmann – Parts Interpreter, Tolga

Phil Schurmann demonstrated amazing Loyalty to Honeycombes this month. Despite battling a nasty cold in the lead-up to EOFY, Phil remained committed to his team and persevered to finish off the EOFY strong. His dedication did not go unnoticed by our Tolga Branch Manager. He is incredibly proud and thankful to have Phil as part of his team.

INTEGRITY

Blake Castellani - Apprentice Service Technician, Ingham

Blake Castellani displayed Integrity by stepping up for a teammate and representing Honeycombes Sales and Service Ingham with excellence and dedication.  

Jordan Howard – Service Technician, Townsville – Truck Centre

Jordan Howard consistently upholds Integrity in all his endeavours, taking pride in his quality of work. He maintains a positive can-do attitude, ready to jump in and lend a hand with enthusiasm.

CARE

Leeah Bakker – Service Advisor, Townsville – Industrial

Leeah Bakker has earned her second pin, this time for Care. Without hesitation, she stays back late to assist our Service team in finishing their jobs. Her dedication makes her an invaluable asset to our Service team.

Mark Kneubuhler – Branch Support Supervisor, Ayr

Mark Kneubuhler received the Care pin for consistently putting Honeycombes first. Since Mark started, he has taken pride in his work and never shy’s away from a challenge. He goes above and beyond to help his colleagues and ensures that all of our products are taken care of to a high-quality. Our customers have praised the superior quality of their new machines, being a true testament to Mark’s dedication.

Moshe Zanetti – Storeperson, Townsville – Truck Centre

Moshe Zanetti has been commended for his continuous Care that he displays everyday. He consistently steps up to assist others when and where needed without hesitation. Moshe not only demonstrates Care for his team, but he takes care of his workspace ensuring our warehouse remains clean and organised.

Jason Sendra – Service Manager, Innisfail

Jason Sendra exhibited great Care this month. He was nominated by a colleague for assisting him in locating items that were required and regularly checking in on his well-being.

TENACITY

Chelsea Adams – Sales Administrator, Tolga

Chelsea Adams demonstrated Tenacity by stepping up and putting her best foot forward for the company in a time of need. Chelsea showed initiative by assisting a customer with their needs when our salesperson was unavailable. She helped answer any questions, then coordinated with our Group Sales Manager a quote to provide the customer, all in a timely manner. This resulted in a successful sale for Chelsea. She exceeded her role’s expectations which was immensely appreciated by our Tolga Branch Manager.

Brandon Masson – Service Technician, Townsville – Industrial

Our Engineering Branch Manager awarded Brandon Masson for the Tenacity pin this month. Brandon demonstrated exceptional determination is resolving an issue with a customer’s machine, by going the extra mile and willing worked on a public holiday to solve it. He worked all day and travelled 5 hours in the process to ensure the customer was back on track in no time.

Jayne Swales – Service Advisor, Cairns

Jayne Swales exemplified Tenacity this month. Despite being short-staffed, she ensured the workshop ran smoothly and consistently provided excellent customer service, assisting all our customers promptly and efficiently.

Georgia Liddell – Service Advisor, Ingham

Georgia Liddell earned the Tenacity pin this month for her unwavering determination and perseverance in overcoming adversity to achieve our goals.

Rosita Previtera – Service Warranty Advisor, Ayr

Rosita Previtera has shown remarkable Tenacity by diligently supporting our service teams across the whole organisation. This was proven by Rosita’s continuous effort and help with finalising end of year warranty and invoicing statements. She tackles her work with energy and enthusiasm, consistently pushing to ensure all invoicing is accurately closed and completed every day.

Paul Swales – Service Manager, Cairns

Paul Swales demonstrated exceptional Tenacity by keeping the workshop running smoothly despite limited resources, all while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Martin Camilleri – Senior Parts Interpreter, Innisfail

Martin Camilleri displayed incredible Tenacity this month. The Innisfail Parts team have been immensely busy this month, which the addition of having fellow colleagues on annual leave or assisting other branches. Martin has kept the parts department running smoothly, handling the increased demands and pressure with much resilience and persistence.  

Joe Crespan – Parts Interpreter, Townsville – Trucks

Joe Crespan has shown remarkable Tenacity by getting stuck in to any task he undertakes with great efficiency to make sure it is done well. He has quickly learnt the operations of our Parts department at the Townsville Truck Centre, which has majorly assisted him and his fellow team members.
