LOYALTY

Colin Leotta – Workshop Foreman, Ingham

Colin Leotta has been recognised with the Loyalty value this past month, a reflection of his 30 years of dedicated service at Honeycombes. His unwavering commitment to Honeycombes is truly admirable, often going above and beyond by visiting the workshop or speaking with customers during his personal time. Colin’s extensive knowledge and dedication continue to contribute to the culture and success of the business.

Brayden Stanford – Service Manager, Tolga

Brayden Stanford showed his Loyalty last month by consistently maintaining a smooth workflow while ensuring that customer needs are met.

INTEGRITY

Kenzi Ivers – Service Advisor, Ayr - PowerSports

Kenzi Ivers exemplifies great Integrity with her unwavering commitment to doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. She actively seeks feedback and readily applies it to enhance her work, resulting in improved outcomes for Honeycombes PowerSports. Kenzi consistently follows through, ensuring that every task is completed safely and on time.

Jayne Swales – Service Advisor, Cairns

Jayne Swales was awarded the Integrity pin last month for never shying away from difficult tasks and offering to help others when they struggle to do so. She does all of this whilst upholding Honeycombes standards. Jayne also shows consistent support towards her teammates, taking the times to check on others when they appear out-of-character and actively listens to them.

Quentin Miller – Branch Manager, Innisfail and Cairns

Quentin Miller continues to show Integrity by fostering open communication amongst all his staff members. He ensures that their stresses and concerns are heard, providing a supportive environment, especially for our service departments during a challenging period.

CARE

Wyatt Sciacca – Trainee Storeperson, Innisfail

Wyatt Sciacca exemplified Care last month by going above and beyond to ensure every parts inquiry was addressed promptly and thoroughly, even while navigating a short-staffed situation. His commitment to delivering exceptional service truly reflects his genuine dedication to our customers and their needs.

David Blewitt – Storeperson, Townsville - Trucks

David Blewitt was recognised for his Care last month by showing a great level of attention to detail in the store’s operations. Since day one, he has maintained a neat and tidy environment and showing a genuine commitment to the Parts department. His support and help have been invaluable.

Andrew Pritchard – Sales Representative, Townsville - Industrial

Andrew Pritchard earned the Care value pin last month for his genuine commitment to his customers and the quality of the products they receive. His attentiveness to their needs and focus on delivering outstanding results exemplify his Care to our customers.

Kerri-Anne King – Parts Interpreter, Ayr - PowerSports

Kerri-Anne King demonstrated exceptional Care this past month by assisting staff in clearing out leftover documents and files from vacant offices. Her efforts ensured that all offices were clean and organized, creating a welcoming environment for the next team members.

Aaron Mann – Sales Representative, Tolga

Aaron Mann earned the Care value pin for his seamless return to the Tolga team and immediate willingness to help. He proactively took the initiative to help the Parts department organise their cupboards, while managing his sales responsibilities.

Rosemary Abbott – Administration Assistant, Ingham

Rosemary Abbott was awarded the Care value for consistently going above and beyond. She is always available and willing to help, no matter the size of the task.

TENACITY

Kellen Steinberg – School Based Apprentice Service Technician, Cairns

Kellen Steinberg showed exceptional Tenacity by being relentlessly determined and eager to learn about John Deere products. He demonstrates a keen interest in his tasks and meticulously follows instructions.

Michael Sack – Apprentice Service Technician, Townsville - Trucks

Michael Sack earned the Tenacity pin for his exceptional work ethic. He goes the extra mile by arriving early and staying late when necessary, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on-time.

Elleoise Bailey – Service Advisor, Innisfail

Elleoise Bailey was awarded the Tenacity value last month for her incredible support in managing her own workload, while also assisting her teammates with their extra tasks. Even under pressure, Elleoise consistently steps up to ensure that everyone is supported.

Alex Zandbergen – Apprentice Service Technician, Ingham

Alex Zandbergen has been awarded the Tenacity pin, for his remarkable determination in tackling tasks outside of his comfort zone and stepping up to help. Despite facing challenges with a recent job, he had never done before, Alex refused to quit and saw it through to completion for the customer. His drive to step up and be more productive reflects his growth and Tenacity.

Janice Flores – Service Advisor, Ingham

Since day one, Janice Flores has exemplified Tenacity through her proactive approach and dedication. By organising and streamlining the workshop, she has enhanced functionality and efficiency not only for herself but for the entire service team. Janice consistently strives to meet everyone’s needs and isn't afraid to seek assistance when necessary, ensuring her role is performed to the highest standard.

Mark Kneubuhler – Branch Support Supervisor, Ayr

Mark Kneubuhler demonstrated great Tenacity with his readiness to go above and beyond in helping others. His patience and support shines through, especially when fellow team members are stressed or in need of assistance. Mark’s willingness to lend a hand shows his commitment to facilitating a positive atmosphere and work environment.
